En esta época, casi todos los grupos nuevos que salen tienen un promedio de edad de 19, 18. O como One Night Only, 16. The Hours llegaron el año pasado para hacer un balance, ya que el promedio de edad del grupo anda por los 35. El grupo es básicamente un dueto, formado por Antony Glenn y Martin Slattery. Glenn es normalmente productor, además de haber pertenecido en algún momento a Pulp y haber participado en tours con Elastica (so long ago). Slattery llegó a participar con Black Grape (de Shaun Ryder) y los dos se conocieron cuando estaban con Joe Strummer en su grupo The Mescaleros. Como resultado, sus canciones músicalmente son bastante buenas, y la producción no se diga. Tal vez a veces les fallan las letras, pero esta canción es buenísima
