Después del éxito del limitadísimo single The Next Untouchable, vino este single que si bien no tan limitado, tampoco fue distribuido a gran escala. Que si sí, hubiera sido super hit.  Amylase es el primer single de Cajun Dance Party que sale en CD, y que le da más reconocimiento a estos chicos londinenses que todavía no terminan la prepa.  Pero este 2008 pueden ser uno de los grupos del año.
