#39 Feeder – Lost & Found

Feeder – Lost & Found

You’re the right stuff
I’ve got my head straight
Goin’ up town
I want to tell you
Hesitating
Standing back in (line)
Overriding
Body shaking
Coming straight down
Never knowing
Are you going?
Is there a next time?
Is there a next time?!

(Yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah)

Lost and Found
Straight back down
Whats that sound?
Its pulling me straight back in
Head down again

No denying
Still deciding
For a week now
No mistaking
What you’re saying
Standing back in (line)
Revelation
Invitation
Its gonna take time
Never knowing
Are you going?
Is there a next time?
Is there a next time?!

(Yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah)

Lost and Found
Straight back down
Whats that sound?
Its pulling me straight back in
Head down again

You’re the right stuff
I’ve got my head straight
Going up town
I want to tell you
Hesitating
How you doing? (fine)
Overriding
Body shaking
Coming straight back
Never knowing
Where you’re going
Is there a next time?
Is there a next time?

(Yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah)

Lost and Found
Straight back down
Whats that sound?
Its pulling me straight back in
Head down again

Lost and Found
Straight back down
Its pulling me straight back in
Head down again

#40 The Kooks – Ooh La

Ooh La.

The Kooks – Ooh La

In their eyes is a place that you finally discovered
That you love each year, you’ve got to stay
On the bottom of the rock, an island
On which you find you love it when you twitch
You feel that itch in you pettycoat
Your pretty pretty pettycoat

Then you smiled, he got wild
You didn’t understand that there’s money to be made
Beauty is a card that must get played
By organisation

And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out
And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out

The world can be a very big place
So be yourself don’t get out of place
Love your mum and love him twice
Go to Hollywood and pay the price
Oh go to Hollywood

And don’t be a star, it’s such a drag
Take care of yourself, don’t begin to lag
It’s a hard life to live, so live it well
I’ll be your friend and not in pretend
I know you girl
In all situations

And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out
And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out

Pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty
Pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pettycoat
Pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty
Pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pettycoat
In all situations

And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out
And ooh la, she was such a good girl to me
And ooh la, the world just chewed her up, and spat her out

#41 Milburn – Cheshire Cat Smile

Milburn – Cheshire Cat Smile

Oh how your mind’s not on it
Pass me a book and I’ll read you a sonnet, girl
Walls go up and guards come down
He’s bangin’ on the door thinkin’ «Where the fuck is she now?»
So open your mouth and stick to your guns
You’ve gotta realise that she’s indifferent
Woah oh ah oh what’s your name?
Just won’t learn, here we go again

So it has come to an end, things haven’t changed
You’re still lookin’ rough my friend
Things get broken, things come clear
If you wanted to leave so much then why are you still here?

So open your mouth and stick to your guns
You’ve gotta realise that she’s indifferent
Woah oh ah oh what’s your name?
Just won’t learn, here we go again

So open your mouth and stick to your guns
You’ve gotta realise that she’s indifferent
Woah oh ah oh what’s your name?
Just won’t learn, here we go again

#42 The Automatic – Raoul

Let’s go see Raoul!

The Automatic – Raoul

Our ambition got cast aside
Thrown away when the batterys died
And you start to comprimise
Just to get to the other side

But its always for the best
And if your not convinced
Then you’ll get left behind
I lost interest

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

(Lets go see Raoul) Lets make a stand
(Lets go see Raoul) For all the ones who
(Lets go see Raoul) Used to give a damn
(Lets go see Raoul)working all the time

Our ambitions got cast aside
Thrown away when the batterys died
And you start to comprimise
Just to get to the other side

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

Lets go see Raoul
Lets go see Raoul
Lets go see Raoul
Lets go see Raoul

(Lets go see Raoul) Lets go see Raoul
(Lets go see Raoul) Lets go see Raoul
(Lets go see Raoul) Lets go see Raoul
(Lets go lets go) Lets go see Raoul

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

It doesnt seem like you mean it
I dont believe that you believe it
And it feels like running with your eyes closed
If you forget what your supposed to be

(Lets go back to work) Lets go back to work

#43 James Dean Bradfield – That’s No Way To Tell A Lie

That’s No Way To Tell A Lie.

James Dean Bradfield – That’s No Way To Tell A Lie

I hear you’ve got some love to give away
And maybe it never belonged to you
So how come you know my name?

So it’s closing time again
For the lost souls on a pilgrimage
I think I’ve been here somewhere before

That’s no way to tell a lie
That’s no way to tell a lie

I hear you’ve got something to say
But first you need some people to say it to
Just before you rise from the dead

So we crawl from the water’s edge
Returning to dip our heads again
I’m back to where it all began

That’s no way to tell a lie
That’s no way to tell a lie

Sha la la la la

That’s no way to tell a lie
That’s no way to tell a lie

I hear you’ve got something to say
But first you need some people to say it to
Just before you rise from the dead

#44 Placebo – Meds

Placebo – Meds

I was alone, Falling free,
Trying my best not to forget
What happened to us,
What happened to me,
What happened as I let it slip.

I was confused by the powers that be,
Forgetting names and faces.
Passersby were looking at me
As if they could erase it

Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?

I was alone,
Staring over the ledge,
Trying my best not to forget
All manner of joy
All manner of glee
And our one heroic pledge

How it mattered to us,
How it mattered to me,
And the consequences

I was confused,
By the birds and the bees
Forgetting if I meant it

Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?

And the Sex and the drugs and the complications
And the Sex and the drugs and the complications
And the Sex and the drugs and the complications
And the Sex and the drugs and the complications

Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?
Baby did you forget to take your meds?

I was alone,
Falling free,
Trying my best not to forget

2007

Pronto viene tambien Kings of Leon, The Good The Band The Queen, Ash, Charlotte Hatherley, Manic Street Preachers, Kaiser Chiefs, Maximo Park y The Rakes.

New bands:

Razorlight – America

What a drag it is
The shape i’m in
Well I go out somewhere
Then I come home again

I light a cigarette
‘Cause I can’t get no sleep
Theres nothing on the TV nothing on the radio
That means that much to me

All my life
Watching America
All my life
There’s panic in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh
There’s trouble in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh

Yesterday was easy
Happiness came and went
I got the movie script
But I don’t know what it meant

I light a cigarette
‘Cause I can’t get no sleep
Theres nothing on the TV nothing on the radio
That means that much to me
Theres nothing on the TV nothing on the radio
That I can believe in

All my life
Watching America
All my life
There’s panic in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh
There’s trouble in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh
There’s panic in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh

Yesterday was easy
Yes I got the news
When you get it straight, but stand up you just can’t lose
Give you my confidence, all my faith in life

Dont stand me up
Don’t let me down
I need you tonight
To hold me, say you’ll be here
To hold me, say you’ll be here
To hold me, say you’ll be here
To hold..

All my life
Watching America
All my life
There’s panic in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh
she’s lost in America
Oh Oh Oh, Oh

Tell me how does it feel?
Tell me how does it feel?
Tell me how does it feel?
Tell me how does it feel?

#46 Arctic Monkeys – The View From The Afternoon

Sacaron I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor y llego al #1.

Arctic Monkeys – The View From The Afternoon

Anticipation has the habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there’ll be a rawkus,YEAH! regardless of what’s gone before
I want to see all of the things that we’ve already seen
The lairy girls hung out the window of the limousine
And course its fancy dress
And they’re all looking quite full on
In bunny ears and devil horns and hats

Anticipation has the habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there’ll be a rawkus,YEAH! regardless of what’s gone before

I want to see all of the things that we’ve already seen
I want to see you take the jackpot out the fruit machine
And put it all back in
You’ve got to understand it you can never beat the bandit no

And she won’t be surprised and she won’t be shocked
When she’s pressed the star after she’s pressed unlock
And there’s verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that it says is that you’ve drank a lot
and You should bear that in mind tonight
bear that in mind, yeah you should
bear that in mind tonight
bear that in mind.
and You can pour your heart out but her reasoning will block
owt you send her after nine o clock

Anticipation has the habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there’ll be a rawkus,YEAH! regardless of what’s gone before

And you can pour your heart out around 3 o clock
When the 2 for 1’s undone the writers block.

#47 Kasabian – Shoot The Runner

Kasabian – Shoot The Runner

Shoot the runner
Shoot shoot the runner
I’m a king and she’s my queen

Shoot the runner
Shoot shoot the runner
I’m a king and she’s my queen

Dream
Dream again in your way
Always knew that you would
Loose yourself to the scene
Am I only a dream

Shoot the runner
Shoot shoot the runner
I’m a king and she’s my queen, Bitch

Bang
Bang away with my Chang (My Chang)
Always know that I can (I Can)
Get your knee’s on the floor
Absinth make you may whore

Shoot the runner
Shoot shoot the runner
I’m a king and she’s my queen

Shoot the runner
Shoot shoot the runner
I’m a king and she’s my queen, Bitch

Kings
Kings may come and then go
By this sword you must know
That all things will come and then pass
Live your days like the last

#48 Gomez – GirlShapedLoveDrug

Gomez – GirlShapedLoveDrug

She’s a wicked girl
Worst in all the world
A mystery lies in her
She spends her days
In a violent rage
Try as i might, i love her
Everytime the tears run dry
The story goes
What’s left behind
Shivers like a leaf
Taciturn and gentle
It’s not hard to believe
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my mind
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with your mind

She likes to fight
The whole world bang to rights
Yours truely would die for her
The growing pains
Dissolve in lemonade
The sweetness flies to her
Everytime her temper flares
A storm will blow
What’s left so rare
A fragment of the girl
Soft and sentimental
The side she tries not to share
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my head
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with your mind
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my mind

When the song is sung
Don’t let it colour your opinion
That girl’s my life
I tell you everytime
My tears run dry
The moment’s long
And we design
My feelings for the girl
I could not be without her
I would surely still find
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my mind
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my mind
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with your mind
(Don’t, don’t) Don’t ask me why
The girlshapedlovedrug messes with my mind

#49 Boy Kill Boy – Back Again

Boy Kill Boy – Back Again

Close to madness
So demanding, I can’t breathe anymore
I’ll never be the same again
Please forgive me, and forget me
‘Cause it’s calling my name
I’ll never go back again, back again, back again, back again

Can I find some more misery?
If it can’t be you, then it must be me, and
Can i find some more for me?
I’ll never know, I’ll never go back again, back again, back again

Cold September, I remember
Wishing I was away
I’ll never be the same again
Please forgive me and forget me
Cause it’s calling my name, it’s calling, it’s calling it’s calling, it’s calling, it’s calling

Can I find some more misery?
If it can’t be you, then it must be me and
Can i find some more for me?
I’ll never go ill never go back again

Time to time it gets easier
Time to time it gets easier again, again, again, again…

Can I find some more misery?
If it can’t be you, then it must be me and
Can i find some more for me?
I’ll never go ill never go back again.

#50 The Fratellis – Whistle For The Choir

The Fratellis – Whistle For The Choir

Well it’s a big big city and it’s always the same
Can never be too pretty tell me you your name
Is it out of line if I were so bold to say «Would you be mine»?

Because I may be a beggar and you maybe the queen
I know I maybe on a downer am still ready to dream
Now it’s 3 o’clock time it takes for you to talk

So if you’re lonely why’d you say your not lonely
Oh your a silly girl, I know I hurt it so
It’s just like you to come
And go you know me no you don’t even know me
Your so sweet to try, oh my, you caught my eye
A girl like you’s just irresistible

Well it’s a big big city and the lights are all out
But it’s much as I can do you know to figure you out
And I must confess, my hearts in broken pieces
And my heads a mess
And it’s 4 in the morning, and I’m walking along
Beside the ghost of every drinker here who has ever done wrong
And it’s you, woo hoo
That’s got me going crazy for the things you do

So if your crazy I don’t care you amaze me
Oh your a stupid girl, oh me, oh my, you talk
I die, you smile, you laugh, I cry
And only, a girl like you could be lonely
And it’s a crying shame, if you would think the same
A boy like me’s just irresistible

So if your lonely, why’d you say you’re not lonely
Oh your a silly girl, I know I hurt it so
It’s just like you to come and go
And know me, no you don’t even know me
Your so sweet to try oh my, you caught my eye
A girl like you’s just irresistible

#51 The Rifles – She’s Got Standards

If you’re a new band breaking be aware cause she won’t be far behind
But if you’ve got no airplay she won’t care and you better move aside
She’ll be down south top ten in her mouth in the blink of an eye
She’ll be top draw on the backstage floor till the new band arrives

Ooh she’s got standards but your call if your at twenty five
Ooh she’s got standards till you put the twinkle in her eye
So you better cover up boy

If you’re a new band breaking be aware cause she’ll never leave your side
Cause if the n.m.e. say your so cool and they really like your style
She’ll be down south top ten in her mouth with the blink of an eye
She’ll be top draw on the backstage floor till the new band arrives

Ooh she’s got standards but your call if your at twenty five
Ooh she’s got standards till you put the twinkle in her eye
So you better cover up boy
