En Enero del presente año, el NME publicó un reportaje con «las 10 nuevas bandas que serán el sonido del 2007». Entre esas bandas (entre las cuales figuraban por ejemplo Klaxons y Mumm-Ra) estaba The Enemy. Fue lo primero que yo (y muchos) sabía de ese grupo de Coventry, que en el 2006 solo sacó un single en vinil edición limitada que no había hecho mucho ruido, y daban conciertos en lugares de menos de mil personas. Diciembre de 2007: The Enemy publica su 5to! single del año, de su disco debut que fue #1 en su primera semana. Y a pesar de ser su 5to single del año, esta canción homónima del álbum, todavía quedó en el top 25 británico.
