Debut en esta lista de la banda de Birmingham, que además con esto logran lo que ninguna banda hasta ahora, y es el estar en las 3 listas que he hecho (2005, 2006, 2007). An End Has A Start fue por mucho tiempo rumorada como el primer single del segundo disco de Editors, aunque termino siendo el segundo. La canción, a pesar de la música tan upbeat y energética, habla acerca de la muerte y lo que hay más allá.
