Y ahora la primera aparición de los Manics en esta lista. La banda más grande del País de Gales regreso este año con su octavo disco, que no solo mostro un regreso a sus mejores años, si no que les dió de nuevo importancia comercial en el mercado británico, justo cuando parecía que el fin estaba cerca. Aún así, Indian Summer es el primer single de los Manics en la era post-Richie que queda fuera del top 20 (#22), rompiendo una racha de 18 singles seguidos en el top 20, algo que no sucedía desde She Is Suffering allá en 1994. Aún así, puede considerarse aceptable por las bajas ventas de singles hoy en día, más aún cuando el disco ya había salido. Uno de sus mejores videos por cierto.
