Primera (y única) aparición del grupo neoyorquino en esta lista. The Heinrich Maneuver fue el primer corte del tercer disco de Interpol, el disco con el que dejaron de ser indies para irse a las ligas mayores. Esta canción, un muy buen single, prometía mucho y hacía tener esperanzas grandes del nuevo disco. Lástima que, en general, se quedaron ahí. Bueno eso creo yo. Eso sí, siguen siendo buenos en vivo.
