Tal vez I Felt Stupid es la canción que mas se sale del estilo que adoptaron The Drums para su disco debut. En contraste con las canciones del disco, I Felt Stupid es feliz, mas urgente y explosiva, una simple canción pop memorable que no trata de llegar mas lejos ni hacer un homenaje a sus mayores influencias o hacerse pasar por The Smiths. Tal vez por esto el grupo no decidió incluirla en su debut, algo que a mi parecer fue un error, porque es su mejor canción.
