No había pasado ni un año del muy bien recibido Baby, primer disco de Tribes, cuando el grupo ya anunciaba la salida de su segundo disco. Queriendo aprovechar el momento, la banda de Camden lanzó Wish To Scream a principios de año. Wrapped Up In A Carpet fue la primera canción que dieron a conocer de dicho disco, que al final, no fue muy bien recibido.
