Muchas dudas había de como regresarían Editors después de la partida de Chris Urbanowitz. Se especulaba que, siendo Chris el guitarrista principal del grupo, sería un sonido más basado en sintetizadores y electrónica, un avance de lo que ya habían hecho en el disco anterior, In This Light And On This Evening. Nada mas alejado de la realidad. A Ton Of Love fue el primer single del disco The Weight Of Your Love. Y las guitarras sonaron a todo volúmen.
