Pues si, ya entrados en el top 15 tenemos otro debut en esta lista. Los Stereophonics son ahora una banda independiente, lanzando sus discos en su propio sello (Stylus Records) sin el apoyo ni publicidad de una disquera trasnacional. Así que cuando su último disco, Keep The Village Alive, fue lanzado en la misma semana que los nuevos de The Libertines y Bring Me The Horizon, nadie daba nada por ellos.  Y sin embargo, terminaron en el número 1 de las listas, sexta vez que lo alcanzan. Una mas que Radiohead, por ejemplo, o las mismas veces que Coldplay. Los Phonics son ya una banda legendaria. Cymru Am Byth!
