Getting Along fue el último single que The Magic Gang sacaron a la venta antes de que saliera su disco debut, una muestra de lo fuerte que venía dicha producción y de como habían evolucionado. Les habíamos seguido la pista ya por varios años, y parecía que su debut sería simplemente una amalgama de varias canciones viejas, regrabadas. Pero llegó Getting Along justo para demostrar que había porque emocionarse con el debut de la banda de Brighton.
