Justo antes de que saliera a la venta The Seldom Seen Kid, cuarto disco de Elbow, Guy Garvey decía en entrevistas que probablemente iba a ser el último. Elbow en el 2008 se encontraban tal vez en el momento más bajo de su carrera, con mucha alabanza en la crítica, pero poco éxito comercial, y parecía que habían tenido suficiente. Sin mucho dinero para siquiera un productor, Craig Potter, tecladista, decidió tomar las riendas detrás de la consola para darle forma a las grandes melodías de Guy. The Seldom Seen Kid gano el Mercury Prize. Su sucesor, Build A Rocket Boys! fue nominado y Elbow ahora son un grupo top en el Reino Unido. Canciones como esta, demuestran el porque.
