Muchas cosas se pueden decir de The Strokes, pero casi todos podemos estar de acuerdo que sus proyectos solistas siempre han tenido algo que rescatar. Albert Hammond Jr. lleva una carrera ya larga y exitosa de solista. Fabrizio lo intentó y estuvo bien pero no pasó a mayores. Nikolai hizo algo muy bueno con Nickel Eye hace unos años y ahora lo intenta con Summer Moon, mientras que Julian sacó su bastante aceptable disco solista hace ya un rato y tiene su proyecto con The Voidz. Así que faltaba Nick Valensi en dar el salto. CRX es el nombre de la banda de Nick y vaya, puede ser que hayamos encontrado lo mejor que ha hecho un Strokes como solista. Al menos si es mejor que lo que hacen juntos últimamente.
